Upstairs are 5 bedrooms and a bathroom, 4 of the bedrooms have ocean views with 2 of the bedrooms having access to the upstairs balcony.
Some of the extras include a large double garage, paved sheltered north facing outdoor area, large beach flat or games room with built in bar and outside shower .

Two stories; Upstairs has all the bedrooms, four have sea views. Balconies off the two front Queen rooms overlook the Ocean. The twin single bed rooms can be made into queen beds. Downstairs has large lounge room with sea views, Kitchen with joining family room and wood fire. Access to the spacious courtyard is from the Family room

Pea soup Bay is a safe swimming beach. Crystal clear waters, no rips, no big waves, and best of all its right out the front.

Walk along the beach and rock pools, stroll into town and visit the historic Moyne River wharf area, have lunch or dinner at one of Port Fairy's quality cafes and resturants, go on a river and bay cruise or just simply sit back and watch the ever changing Southern Ocean.
